Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mask4Mask, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below:

 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition-unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for sizing or a different item of equal value.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

Process

  1. Contact us at mask4maskbrand@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Once approved, you'll receive detailed return instructions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll resolve the issue promptly.

 

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.
  • Mask for Mask is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
