Returns for Intimate Items
Considering the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene, we regret that we cannot accept returns for underwear, swimwear, or balaclava masks. This policy is in place to guarantee that all our customers receive brand new and untouched products.
Special Considerations
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders and Items on sale.
Change of Mind
We encourage you to make your selections carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do understand that preferences may change. Therefore, we are pleased to offer exchanges for activewear, shorts, tops, or store credit, provided you notify us within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests for clothing exchanges beyond this timeframe will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange and Store Credit Process
To initiate an exchange or claim store credit, kindly return the item to us in an unused and unworn condition, at your expense. For your peace of mind, we recommend using tracked shipping, ensuring you have proof of shipment. In case of a lost package, you will have the corresponding consignment proof.
Our Responsibility for Fulfillment Errors
We take full responsibility for any errors in fulfillment, such as incorrect size, item, quantity, or style. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to us immediately at mask4maskbrand@gmail.com for prompt assistance. To expedite the resolution process, provide your order number, a photo of your order’s contents, and a snapshot of the included packing slip.
